We are seeking a dedicated Call Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent phone etiquette and have a background in customer service or medical office settings. Fluency in Spanish and English is preferred.
Duties:
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
- Provide information to callers and route calls to appropriate personnel
- Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and internal staff
- Analyze and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Utilize medical terminology accurately
- Assist with scheduling appointments and updating patient records
Experience:
- Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
- Strong communication skills in both Spanish and English
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Multilingual capabilities are advantageous
