Position: Sr. ServiceNow Developer build Custom APP

What You'll Do:
- Lead, design, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform, focusing on Customer Service Management (CSM).
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to understand requirements and design tailored solutions.
- Work with offshore teams and technical leads to provide effort estimations and meet project timelines.
- Hands-on implementation of standard CSM processes and integration with third-party tools.
- Create scoped applications using Studio and automate activities using Flow Designer and Workflow Engine.
- Implement and support CSM Case, Accounts, Contacts, and Contact/Account Relationships.
- Lead offshore teams in delivering projects and providing technical guidance.
- Gather business requirements and recommend appropriate ServiceNow solutions.
Required Skills:
- 6+ years of ServiceNow experience with certifications in CSA, CSM, and ITSM.
- Hands-on experience in standard CSM process implementation.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting and web services (REST and SOAP).
- Experience in creating scoped applications and automating activities on the ServiceNow platform.
- Previous involvement in ServiceNow platform upgrades and leading offshore teams.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow integrations and delivering other applications.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to gather and translate business requirements into ServiceNow solutions.
