We are a Bay Area CPA firm that has been serving primarily Mandarin-speaking individuals and business owners in the Bay Area since 2003. We are currently seeking an administrative assistant to expand our team. The ideal candidate displays a positive and energetic attitude and willingness to learn.

Position: Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Reception-related tasks, i.e. answering calls, greeting clients, taking and routing phone calls
- Routine office tasks, i.e. scheduling clients, mailing, filing, purchasing supplies, providing support to ensure smooth daily operations
- Operate office equipment, including copier/scanner, fax machine
- Data entry
- Tackle problems that may arise as they come
- Run errands as necessary
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Mandarin and English
- Minimum degree from a four-year university
- Accurate and detail-oriented
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Team player with a warm and energetic personality
- Eager to learn
Desired skills:
- Good writing skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
