Responsibilities:
Assist the manager with the following task
- Must have great customer service skills and have the ability to thrive in sales.
- Daily Operations: Assist in overseeing the smooth operation of our pickle tasting bar, ensuring every customer has an unforgettable experience.
- Managing Inventory: Keep our pickle shelves stocked and organized to meet the demands of our discerning pickle-loving customers.
- Training Staff: Guide our team members to become pickle connoisseurs and deliver exceptional customer service.
Assist Manager in Issue Resolution: Assist in any challenges that arise with confidence and efficiency, ensuring a smooth operation.

Candidate must excel in the following areas
- Must be great at sales and customer service.
- Strong communication skills and enjoy interacting with a devise group of customers from around the globe
- Be fluent in English, both in conversation and written communication.
- Strong sales experience with a knack for driving results. Must maintain excellent customer service standards in order to ensure sales results. Utilize your sales skills to boost revenue and promote our wide range of pickle products and tasting experiences
- Leadership: Lead by example and motivate our team to provide outstanding customer service and uphold our high standards.
Physical Requirements: Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and engage in physical tasks such as standing, walking, squatting, and lifting for the duration of an 8-hour shift.

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the food service industry.
- Must have a strong sales driven mentality and customer service.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team to success.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address any issues that may arise during shifts.
- Flexibility to work variable hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
