Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain home automation systems, audio-video setups, and security systems according to client requirements
- Collaborate with clients to design customized AV solutions that meet their expectations
- Conduct site surveys and evaluate existing infrastructure for optimal system integration
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently
- Program and integrate systems with devices such as lighting controls, audio equipment, and security components
- Provide comprehensive user training and ongoing support
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in the AV industry
- Perform low voltage wiring and install distributed audio and home theater systems
- Set up and integrate security systems, including surveillance cameras and access control
- Customize control systems to provide intuitive user interfaces
- Conduct thorough testing to ensure seamless functionality of installed systems
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance, addressing any technical issues promptly
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of Control4 experience
- Experience with networking
- Positive attitude and professionalism
- Willingness to learn new skills and grow
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Knowledge of home automation, AV, and security systems
- Familiarity with brands like Savant, Lutron, or Crestron
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and schematics
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
