Salary range $32,500 to $37,793.60
Job Summary:
The purpose of this position is to assist and provide logistical support to the Chief Program Officer and Program Officers for the conceptualization and implementation of programs that continue Governor Rockefeller’s collaborative approach to creating transformational change.
Essential Responsibilities:

Assist with logistics and planning for assigned program areas, collaborating closely with the Chief Program Officer and program team members.

Monitor and adjust project timelines in partnership with program staff and the marketing coordinator.

Schedule meetings and events between program staff, other departments, and key positions at the Institute.

Collaborate with conference services and hospitality under the guidance of Program Officers.

Develop skills in facilitation, workshop delivery, and other essential program and education activities, including the ability to transcribe facilitation outputs.

Maintain and manage program email accounts.

Conduct research on relevant issues, experts, and speakers in assigned program areas.

Schedule interdepartmental meetings.

Assist the Chief Program Officer with administrative tasks such as managing incoming and outgoing mail, processing internal documents, managing online subscriptions, scheduling, and maintaining grant and sponsorship calendars.

Code invoices and maintain records of budget expenditures.

Must be able to sit for extended periods of time (8-10 hours), daily.

Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs., occasionally, as needed.

Preferred/Required Education: Associates Degree
