Retail Sales Associate ~ Weekly Pay
Join an exciting new expansion in Phoenix as a Retail Sales Associate. You will be a part of a new retail promotions team whose main goal is to increase customer awareness, provide product demonstrations and drive product sales at retail / shopping locations in the area.
Compensation: Will be paid weekly - Includes additional target related bonuses.
Start Date: Immediate Start
Experience: None Required - Training will be provided as needed. However, previous customer-facing experience will not go unnoticed.
Retail Sales Associate Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement creative promotional strategies to increase foot traffic, boost sales, and achieve revenue targets.
- Interact with customers in a friendly and approachable manner, effectively communicating the features, benefits, and promotions associated with various products.
- Showcase product features and functionalities through face to face interactions with customers
- Distribute brochures, flyers, or other promotional materials to customers, providing them with valuable information about products and promotions.
- Educate customers about product specifications, pricing, and special offers, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
- Actively promote upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize sales revenue and enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Assist with merchandising efforts by ensuring promotional displays are attractive, well-stocked, and effectively positioned to capture customers' attention.
- Gather feedback from customers regarding their experience, preferences, and satisfaction with promotions, and relay this information to the management team.
- Stay informed about new products, promotions, and industry trends to effectively promote and sell merchandise to customers.
- Work collaboratively with store staff and management to coordinate promotional activities, share insights, and achieve common goals.
Skills:
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or promotional marketing is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for engaging with customers.
- Enthusiastic, outgoing personality with a positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Knowledge of basic computer applications and familiarity with point-of-sale systems is an asset.
