Responsibilities:
· Weld and fabricate components using MIG welding techniques on thick gauge steel.
· Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate welding and fabrication.
· Ensure proper operation and maintenance of welding equipment and tools.
· Monitor welding performance and make adjustments as necessary to ensure quality output.
· Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
· Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Requirements:
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· At least 2 years of experience in MIG welding with thick gauge steel.
· Strong knowledge of welding techniques and materials.
· Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
· Proficiency in the use of welding equipment and tools.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
· Strong physical dexterity and ability to stand for extended periods of time.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
