Job Description: As an Overnight Moxy Front Desk Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment during the night hours. Your responsibilities will encompass various tasks aimed at maintaining a welcoming environment for our guests while upholding our standards of cleanliness and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Check-in and Check-out Process: Efficiently handle guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Night Audit: Run and complete the night audit process accurately, including reconciling accounts and generating reports.
- Lobby Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the upper and lower lobby areas by regularly wiping down high-contact surfaces, sweeping, mopping, and fixing up pillows to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Breakfast Setup: Assist in setting up breakfast items, including preparing breakfast sandwiches, parfaits, breakfast flatbreads, lobby coffee, and Nespresso made-to-order beverages (latte, cappuccino, espresso).
- Market Replenishment: Monitor and replenish items in the market area as needed to ensure availability for guests.
- Lobby and Back Office Monitoring: Regularly walk through and monitor both lobby and back office areas to ensure security and address any issues promptly.
- Fun and Friendly Customer Service: Provide high-quality customer service to guests, addressing inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Bar/Desk Area Cleanliness: Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar and front desk area throughout the night shift.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel management software FOSSE(preferred but not required).
Willingness to work overnight shifts.
