The ideal candidate will have experience in various areas of law including real estate, estate planning, probate and trust administration and small business matters. **Responsibilities:**
- Represent clients in real estate closings, negotiations and probate court
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Provide legal advice on various issues such as estate planning, real estate law and transctions
- Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, and contracts
- Collaborate with legal administrative staff to ensure smooth case management
- Stay updated on changes in the law and legal procedures
**Qualifications:**
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree
- Admitted to practice law in the state of Massachusetts
- Proficiency in conducting legal research, writing and communication with clients and office members.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
