Job Description
Follow standard procedures to prepare and serve food; cooks short order items; may work on trayline. Cleans, garnishes, portions, assembles and merchandises food. Cleans assigned areas and equipment. Position located at University Hospitals.
Minimum Education Required
Per Classified Civil Svc Specs or equivalent combination of education and experience
Required Qualifications
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide whole numbers and to read and write simple sentences; or equivalent; 100 hours training in use of kitchen equipment and food production practices (or 1 month experience). Regular 40 Varying Shifts
