we are looking for a skilled Digital Campaign Manager to drive our online sales
and promotion campaigns.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Campaign Manager to help
maximize conversion opportunities through effective analysis. This role will
primarily focus on creating, overseeing and executing a comprehensive and
detailed digital sales strategy for ohbeauty.com. The ideal candidate will have a
blend of technical knowledge, strategic acumen, and in-depth knowledge of the
beauty industry and trend forecasting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Calendar Management: Plan and execute a comprehensive sales calendar,
including flash sales, big campaigns, and daily deals, ensuring alignment with
overall business goals.
- Promotion Campaigns: Develop, launch, and manage online campaigns involving
SEO, PPC, and ROAS to drive traffic and sales.
- Email and SMS Marketing: Develop and execute email and SMS marketing
campaigns to engage customers and drive sales.
- Competitor Analysis: Monitor and analyze competitor promotions to identify
opportunities for our own promotional calendar, ensuring we capitalize on low-
competition periods.
- Campaign Optimization: Utilize data and reports to continuously optimize
campaigns for maximum efficiency and effectiveness, focusing on KPIs such as
ROAS, page impressions, PPC, and profit.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and report on campaign performance,
monitoring spend and profit to ensure campaigns meet or exceed KPIs and client
expectations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, creative, and product teams to
ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing online campaigns involving SEO, PPC, ROAS, CPC,
and CPM.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
simultaneously.
- Background in digital marketing, account management, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver on KPIs related to ROAS, page impressions, PPC,
profit, and campaign duration.
- Proficiency in analyzing reports and data to optimize campaign performance.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
