We are looking for a Business Development Representative in Salem, OR to join the expanding team of an established and recognized med-kit provider and manufacturing firm out of Seattle, WA. We are looking for someone who can cultivate new relationships, cycle through prospects, and is passionate and capable of driving market development leveraging the quality of the firm's first aid and safety products and services to accelerate growth and be successful. This is a ground-floor opportunity to launch a new market!
You will play an important role in the mission to keep workplaces safer, healthier, and more productive by closing business-to-business deals with medium to large companies in every industry. You will also enjoy the benefit of training through the robust onboarding program, designed to help you succeed in your role and fully equip you with the selling skills to build a progressive and financially rewarding career.
- Your primary focus is developing sales in the Salem Area
- Build lasting relationships with new and existing customers
- Team up with your Sales and Service Representative assigned to you to manage your accounts

Minimum Qualifications
- Must be able to spend up to 4 weeks in Seattle for training. Also, you should be available for regular travel to Seattle. (all travel, lodging, and meals are covered)
- Clean driving record and a valid driver’s license
- At least 5 years of applicable B2B sales experience (retail, hospitality, etc.)
- A "hunter's" mentality and cold calling skills are important
