```Duties```
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in patients of all ages
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech and language goals
- Provide therapy sessions to improve speech, language, and communication skills
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors and educators, to coordinate patient care
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and their families on techniques to improve communication skills
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans

- Knowledge of human physiology and anatomy related to speech and language function
- Familiarity with medical terminology used in speech therapy
- Experience working with pediatric patients/in schools is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
