Minimum Qualifications:
Ph.D./Ed.D. Electrical Engineering
PhD theses must be in Electromagnetic Compatibility, Computational Electromagnetics, or closely related fields.
Must be able to contribute to projects involving electromagnetic measurements, electromagnetic compatibility (emissions and susceptibility), antenna design and testing, modeling and optimization, sensor development, and RF filters.
Good oral/written communications skills (e.g. publications and talks in IEEE Symposia
Experience with MATLAB and electromagnetic computational tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
Ph.D./Ed.D in Electrical or Computer Engineering
Field of Study: Electromagnetic Compatibility or Communication Systems
Industry experience, especially in measurement of RF circuit performance in RF chambers is preferred. Characterization of wireless systems (MIMO, EMC, Spectrum Engineering). Experience in grant writing. (e.g. NSF proposals, industry SBIRs, etc.)
Experience with FEKO, ADS, HFSS, and CST Microwave Studio.
