Job Description:
The Customer Implementation (CI) team plays a pivotal role in our operations, handling all customer orders post-signings. This team collaborates closely with the sales organization to bring the solutions outlined in sales orders to life. Once the implementation is finalized, the team's duty is to smoothly transition the process to Flexential’s central support organization and the customer success team. This ensures that the solutions delivered to the customer are well-supported and the relationship is nurtured.
This role is a key part of the Cloud and Data Protection CI team, managing a significant volume of medium to large-sized Cloud customers and orders. It's a collaborative position that works closely with the sales organization, provisioning, and implementation engineering teams. The primary focus is on order management, with the aim of delivering scalable and efficient results. This includes time management, task execution, project planning, and risk management. Strong communication skills and a solid understanding of Cloud and managed services are essential for success in this role.
A well-rounded skill set is crucial for this role's success. It requires a strong grasp of project management, understanding and implementing technical solutions, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
