Marketing Manager

Job Description
- Create and execute the advertising plan in accordance with the marketing strategy and business planning process
- Manage marketing budget
- Review current marketing campaigns for weaknesses/adjustments and develop solutions within budget constraints
- Execute strategy for social engagement, influencer marketing, sponsorships, partnerships, licensing deals and events
- Organize & execute promotional events and coordinating day-of deliveries and staffing
- Create non-conventional forms of advertising to create brand recognition
- Manage promotional calendars by customer for total company
- Generate a Return-on-Investment analysis of proposed sponsorships, partnerships, licensing deals, special events, and other opportunities
- Conduct post analysis on programs to determine sustainable lift in revenue following programs
- Contribute to identification of new market opportunities through research initiatives
- Provide vision & direction to design team on all assets requested for marketing support & deliverables
- Manage, lead and train Marketing Associates to execute projects and support items including digital programs, ad materials, product refresh plan, website, trade and promotional events, content creation, & social media management
- Spearhead the execution of the enhancement of our digital presence on our product detail pages (PDP’s) across our online marketplaces & retailer sites
- Review POS & syndicated market data regularly to influence decisions regarding assortment
- Manage item refresh schedule and execution of assortment to impact newness at the shelf level across all brands
- Contribute to brainstorms on new product development with NPD team
- Partner with New Product Development for successful execution of marketing launch plan for specified new items and item improvements
- Partner with sales team to deliver retailer’s omnichannel plans
- Attend select line reviews, consumer shows and tradeshows with the Sales & Marketing teams to share Marketing support efforts
- Identify market research needs and analyze shopper behavior & category insights that aid in expanded distribution
- Direct marketing support efforts for OTC Channel sales team including ads, events, POS collateral needs, etc.
- Oversee expansion of the image library and selling aids for further penetration into OTC market
- Manage Public Relations initiatives for the company and act as spokesperson internally
- Manage and develop relationships with external partners and stakeholders, including Supplier diversity teams of all existing & new retail partners and facilitate marketing efforts that result
Qualifications:
- Bachelor, Master's degree, or MBA in Marketing, Business administration or equivalency years of experience preferred
- 10+ years of experience in Marketing
- Strong team spirit; Collaborative & ability to work cross-functionally
- Ability to manage, coach, and provide training for direct reports
- Microsoft: Excel, Word & PPT
