Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This remote position is ideal for sales professionals who are adept at selling High Ticket coaching over the phone and via Zoom. The successful candidate will focus on reaching out to individuals using different avenues including in-person sales training events, virtual meetups, one-on-one sales coaching, and various sales and real estate courses.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize your expertise in coaching or fundraising to identify potential clients and opportunities from our inbound leads.
- Develop and nurture relationships with prospects, understanding their needs and aligning our solutions accordingly.
- Present our high-value offerings in a compelling manner, emphasizing the benefits and value proposition.
- Drive the sales process to closing, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize strategies and achieve sales targets.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in high-ticket sales, with a focus on coaching or fundraising, preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Strong understanding of coaching methodologies or fundraising strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for making a difference.
- Previous experience using zoom and also leading a powerpoint presentation.
- Flexibility to travel a couple times a year for events or other functions as deemed necessary by the organization.
