Position Overview:
Evaluates and conducts medically prescribed physical therapy treatment programs in applicable care setting (hospital, ambulatory, inpatient rehabilitation unit, skilled nursing, home health, psychiatric care facility, senior care program). Supervises physical therapy assistants and aides in performing treatment. Supervises students.

EDUCATION
Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.

Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program: baccalaureate, master's or doctorate degree in physical therapy.
CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE

BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider

DL-Valid Drivers License Class C
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

Requires critical thinking, complex problem solving, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Must be able to work in a demanding environment, balance multiple priorities and take appropriate actions.

Computer proficiency in word processing/typing, basic application and hardware functions required for applicable care setting

Pay Range is $55.11 to $70.54 / hour
The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs.
