JOB DESCRIPTION
TINT 360 is seeking a dedicated, proactive, and experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales, developing strategies to improve customer acquisition, and maintaining client relationships for long-term success.
OBJECTIVE
The objective of the Inside Sales Representative at TINT 360 is to foster the growth and prosperity of the company by achieving set sales targets. This role involves developing effective sales strategies, nurturing professional relationships with key clients, and leveraging analytical tools to understand and improve sales performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive sales results by exceeding daily call quota revenue targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Establish productive and professional relationships
- Negotiate and close agreements with customers
- Encourage car owners to choose TINT 360 for their vehicle surface protection needs, including window tinting, paint protection film installations, ceramic coatings, and vinyl wraps.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for someone with at least 1 years of experience in sales. You must have an ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics, a solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills, and strong communication skills. Experience in the automotive industry, while not mandatory, will be considered an added advantage.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
The successful candidate should exhibit exceptional sales skills, advanced knowledge of CRM software, Google Suite, and other virtual communication tools. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, superior interpersonal skills, and strong analytical skills are also crucial.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Endurance: The ability to sit and use a computer and related technology for extensive periods.
- Fine Motor Skills: Sufficient hand-eye coordination to effectively use a computer, phone, and other office equipment.
COMPENSATION
Base Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 DOE
Supplemental pay types:
