```Overview```
Monitor all compliance items including physicals, licenses, random drug screens, annual reviews, hours of service regulations to ensure adherence at every operation. Handle accidents, insurance claims and audits. File IFTA, overweight, and other permits. Assist management on projects as needed.
```Duties```
* Maintained company safety culture, ensure drivers come in regularly for drug testing and other compliance needs
* Inspecting and making sure all drivers were following DOT regulations
* Assisted Safety Manager with coordination of driver training and testing requirements
* Reviewed drivers' hours of service and as well any safety critical events that occur on daily basis
* Reviewed Electronic logs for DOT compliance
* Troubleshoot ELD devices to insure devices operating at compliance levels
* Installer of ELD, cameras and driver tablets to onto new vehicles
* Verifying drivers are not violating safety procedures
* Verifying insurance, registration, MVR's, and drug tests, are up to date.
* 24/7 on Call to assist drivers on their electronic log, hours and anything they might need assistance with
* Help with violations, permits and claims
* Review and update truck permits and licenses
* Coordinate Truck preventative maintenance and truck reassignment to drivers
* Provided on boarding for new hires and company expectations
* Review employee performance and provided ongoing feedback and coaching to drive performance improvement

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 45 per week
