Role
As a Tool & Die Maker (also known as Jig Builder, Fixture Specialist, Progressive Die Technician), you'll construct, adjust, and repair a variety of tools, jigs, fixtures, and gauges. You'll operate machinery such as lathes and milling machines, assemble and fit jigs, fixtures, tools, and progressive dies, and troubleshoot issues to ensure product specifications are met.

Qualifications
- Completion of a formal apprenticeship program or in-company, four-year training program (Journeyman papers), or equivalent outside work experience of four (4) plus years in the Metalforming industry, specifically, progressive die build and repair.
- High degree of precision and control in work, ability to operate gauges and miscellaneous equipment, and ability to read and interpret complex blueprints.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
