Job Title: Senior SAP SCM Planning Specialist (S/4 HANA)

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Experience in SAP SCM Planning is essential.
- Agile and must be able to collaboratively work with cross-functional teams to design, configure, and implement SAP SCM planning solutions.
- S/4 HANA SCM Planning implementation is mandatory
Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience as SAP Consultant or Architect level in SAP SCM SAP IBP Planning or Kinaxis tool.
- Minimum of two end-to-end S/4 HANA Implementation expertise
- Proven track record of leading multiple end-to-end implementations of SAP SCM planning solutions, including design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Deep understanding of supply chain planning concepts and processes, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and a drive for continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Willingness to travel as needed for project engagements.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP SCM planning solutions, with a focus on SAP IBP Planning.
- Able to Integrate demand plan with Kinaxis rapid response.
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system designs.
- Configure SAP SCM planning modules to support demand planning, supply7ilanning, inventory optimization, and 58,0P processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop reporting and analytics solutions to monitor supply chain performance.
- Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing, and post-implementation support activities.
- Provide expert-level guidance and support to Junior team members and end-users.
- Facilitate Design Specification / Validation Documents
- Develop and deliver training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users as needed.

Pay: $140,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
