We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our office, providing excellent customer service and administrative support.
**Responsibilities:**
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Manage the front desk area and ensure cleanliness
- Schedule appointments and check in clients
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence
- Handle inquiries from clients and staff
- Filling perscriptions and giving them to the clients
**Experience:**
- Previous experience as a receptionist is not required but is encouraged.
Job Type: Part-time
