We Want Your Talents! - The G1 Group is looking for a results-driven salesperson to join our growing dealership’s sales team. You will be responsible for making customers feel welcome and supporting them through the car-purchasing process. The successful candidate believes in our mission and shares our core values.
RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- It’s all about taking care of the customers! Be the first point of contact for the customers as they arrive on the lot
- Create social media posts to drive customer traffic and guide customers on the lot through the car-purchasing process
- Assist the customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs by being up-to-date on current inventory information
- Demonstrate features and options on all vehicles in inventory
- Answer basic questions about financing and other optional financial products including maintenance plans, warranties, etc
- Follow-up with buyers to ensure continued satisfaction and successful referral business
- Assist management to increase sales by inspecting the lot’s vehicles daily, reporting any problems to management
- Assist management in ensuring lot is merchandised correctly to maximize sales

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in sales
- Team-player, friendly individual with an eye for detail and a commitment to quality
- Valid driver’s license with satisfactory motor vehicle report
- Previous work experience working directly with the public, selling or influencing others, establishing and maintaining interpersonal relationships, and communicating with persons outside the organization via phone, face-to-face, email and/or social media
- Customer-focused with the ability to communicate directly with customers, explaining vehicle details, recommendations and costs
- Cooperative spirit that requires being pleasant with others on the job and displaying good-natured, cooperative attitude; being sensitive to other’s needs and feelings with being understanding and helpful
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ability to work within a fast-paced environment
COMPENSATION
- Monthly draw with commissions

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
