Key Responsibilities
- Container Management
- Oversee the daily operations of the storage containers, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
- Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Customer Service
- Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
- Resource Allocation
- Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure optimal use and availability.
- Oversee the logistics of container storage and retrieval, optimizing space utilization.
- Operational Efficiency
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in using operations management and scheduling software as well as other relevant technology.
