WHAT THE HELP GROUP IS LOOKING FOR:

Bachelors degree or at least 2 years of office experience

Working knowledge of accounting system

Microsoft excel experience
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Ensure clients are eligible for services being provided

Maintain billing spreadsheet
-
Enter monthly invoices, print and mail or email
-
Enter monthly online invoices for clients with billing portal
-
Maintain Personal & Incidental account Balance Sheet schedule
-
Prepare monthly Personal & Incidental account in excel per client
-
Prepare weekly petty cash summary
-
In MIP, create a cash receipt batch to enter daily deposits per fund and an AR receipt batch to apply deposits to outstanding AR

Maintain and organize program and client files in Accounting docs folder
