```Duties```
- Bring high energy daily
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards.
- Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers and staff.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Train and mentor staff members to provide excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop and update menu offerings.
- Manage scheduling, payroll, and other administrative tasks.
```Qualifications```
- Previous Jersey Mike's experience is a plus
- Previous experience in a leadership role in the food service industry.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking techniques, and safety procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage a team and delegate tasks.
- Experience in interviewing, hiring, and training staff members.
- Knowledge of food service management principles and practices.
- Culinary background or certification is a plus.
