Nashville Ketamine Center, the first clinic to deliver ketamine in the Southeast, is looking for a compassionate, dependable, self-driven, and trustworthy RN to join our team. Nashville Ketamine Center is a psychiatric clinic that treats patients for depression, PTSD, addiction, anxiety, and other mood disorders.
The applicant would maintain primary responsibility for administering ketamine treatments under the supervision of a double board-certified psychiatrist. The ideal candidate can work both independently and as a member of a team to deliver compassionate, respectful, safe, and high quality care to all patients in a relaxed and patient-focused manner. Nashville Ketamine Center is a small clinic focused on offering an individualized, positive, and transformative experience for patients.
Qualifications
Required Bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing program
Required Tennessee Registered Nurse (RN) license
Preferred 2+ years experience working as a Registered Nurse (RN). Note: Experience in a mental health setting is preferred but not required. However, you should be comfortable working with a diverse population with mental health needs.
Candidate should possess:

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Calm, compassionate, and non-judgmental demeanor.
Ability to receive constructive feedback and possess an open willingness to learn.
Basic computer skills a must, social media skills a plus.
Ability to work in and promote a healthy, relaxed, and respectful office environment.
Sense of humor is a must but it doesn’t have to be the same as ours!
Responsibilities include:
Administering ketamine treatments, monitoring patient vital signs, and well-being to ensure their safety, comfort, and therapeutic experience.
Documenting medical care and treatment progress in the patient’s medical record.
Listening appropriately to assess patients’ needs, care, and safety.
Maintaining positive, open, and effective communication with the physician, patients, and family members.
Developing a rapport and degree of trust that conveys empathy and respect for all.

PRN
There's flexibility and self scheduling available for work hours, but some or all would need to take place reliably on Tuesdays and or Thursdays.
No weekends. No Holidays. No emergency on-call.
Note: This is a wellness clinic and non-smoking environment.
