The Sales Manager is responsible for training, developing, and managing the performance of the telemarketing team. The candidate would be skilled at building instant rapport with customers, a highly effective negotiator, and quickly closing a sale. The successful candidate will be a successful sales person and a leader of high integrity and utmost professionalism. The candidate must have excellent communication, strong time management skills, and demonstrated leadership abilities.
Responsibilities
- Educate potential clients about the benefits of our service offers and sell products
- Prospect and pitch leads through a soft sell approach while building and maintaining relationships
- Build quality sales relationships with both new clients and existing clients
- Manage and maintain a growing and recurring book of business
- Be responsive to client's needs and work to foster the growth of our business over time
Experience as one of the following preferred
- Stockbroker
- Financial Advisor
- Mortgage Broker (Loan Originator)
- Life Insurance Sale Rep (Aflac, New York Life, etc…)
- Student Debt Consolidator
- Outbound Call Center Representative

Required Qualifications:
- A minimum High School Diploma or Equivalent
- A minimum 5 years’ experience in the sales industry
- A minimum 5 years’ experience in the sales industry
- A minimum 3 years’ experience leading a team of 5 or more.
- Effective Communication is a MUST. Our ideal candidate will be able to effectively and professionally communicate verbally and in writing. Fluent English is a REQUIREMENT.
- Effective Time Management and enjoy the challenge and satisfaction of meeting deadlines.
- Intermediate Skills in MS Office, Especially Word and Excel.
- Personable and articulate on the phone.
- Proven ability to convert qualified leads into sales, and maintain and strengthen relationships with merchants, brokers, and other business contacts.
- Goal oriented and financially motivated.
- Willing to be coached, trained, and developed within an expanding company that makes a difference for small to medium sized businesses.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Three Years Experience in the direct sales or telemarketing industry (Preferably with Merchant Cash Advances)
- Three years' call center supervisor experience.
- College degree is a Plus.
- Experience with CRM is a Plus.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is a Plus.
- Uncapped Commission Pay

Pay: $70,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
