Your Mission:
As a vital member of our team, you will drive our brand's growth by:
- Engaging with and expanding our dynamic portfolio of Design industry professionals.
- Strategically generating new clients and nurturing existing relationships.
- Delivering exceptional customer service.
- Managing all sales activities, from lead generation to the successful closure of sales.
- Maintaining daily outreach to 20-25 clients and conducting in-person presentations through travel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with Design Professionals: Engage with and expand our dynamic portfolio of design industry professionals, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.
- Client Generation and Nurturing: Strategically generate new clients and nurture existing relationships to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Regional Growth Planning: Develop and execute a growth plan for your region, focusing on growing current clients and prospecting new firms to work with us.
- Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales Activity Management: Manage all sales activities in your region, from lead generation to the successful closure of sales.
- Daily Outreach and Presentations: Maintain daily outreach to 20-25 clients and conduct in-person presentations through travel.
- Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery and exceptional customer experiences.
- Stay Ahead: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications:
- Proven Track Record: Minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Energetic and Engaging: High-energy, enthusiastic, and engaging personality with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Industry Expertise: Experience in design or hospitality industry is highly desirable.
- Strategic Thinker: Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Customer-Centric: Passionate about understanding and meeting customer needs, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage and track sales activities.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and contribute to a positive team culture.
