Project Manager Assistant for Commercial Construction Company.
This position helps Project Manager/Estimators from beginning of bid projects to closing out projects.
Bidding work consists of attending prebids, creating call lists for bid work. Contacting vendors to verify potential bids. Printing plans, specs and addendums. Project work consists of creating project contracts, purchase orders and change orders as well as following up with missing items. Project documents such as RFIs, ASIs, etc. Obtaining permits and DEQ paperwork.
We are looking for a professional, hard working individual with an upbeat attitude. Someone who can work independent and as a team along with staying organized and efficient. Wynn keeps an average of 20 projects at a time ranging from $500,000 to $50,000,000 projects. Being able to keep projects separated and picking up where you left off is key!
