Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and driven individual to join our team as a Paid Media Specialist. This role will play a crucial part in supporting our clients' marketing initiatives and executing strategic paid media campaigns. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Digital Marketing Team Lead. This is a team-oriented, collaborative premise position located in Denver, CO. Key Responsibilities:
Paid Media Strategy and Execution:
- Execute and manage paid media campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others.
- Develop comprehensive paid media strategies aligned with client goals and industry best practices.
- Provide ongoing consultation with clients, communicating recommendations.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy optimization to maximize campaign performance.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Present and report results during frequent check-in meetings.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in digital advertising to maintain a competitive edge.
Account Coordination:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their objectives, preferences, and feedback.
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and campaign strategies to ensure seamless execution.
- Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and optimization.
- Document client interactions
Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate regular reports to track campaign performance, budget utilization, and KPIs.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to clients in a clear and concise manner.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid media management preferred.
- Proven proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other advertising platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience working with clients in a client-facing role is a plus.
- Ability to work with Microsoft products such as Excel, Word, & PowerPoint.
