Overview:
Treasury Analyst
Responsibilities will cover one or more Treasury operations functional areas such as: analyses, report generation, data entry, consistently meeting processing deadlines, and assisting with operational issues.
Responsibilities:
- Adhere to month-end cut-off schedules for reconciliations and all month-end processes.

Support accounting and field operations as they relate to Treasury transactions both banking and credit card

Maintain internal audit and PCI control standards

Track and report armored carrier missed service, change order, and deposit issues.

Assist with uploading and entering positive pay files and checks to the banks as well as assist with positive pay exception process

Daily downloading, formatting, analysis, and issue resolution of bank and credit card data

Research and analyze chargeback data both banking and credit card
-
Support the Treasury team with existing credit card and cash duties and investigating all discrepancies

Other duties and/or special projects may be assigned to meet business needs; will follow other job-related instructions and perform other job-related duties if requested
Qualifications:
- Required Microsoft Excel knowledge with pivot tables, VLOOKUP, building formulas, and conditional formatting at a minimum

Strong attention to detail

Ability to work in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment with strict deadlines

Must have excellent communication skills, both written and oral

Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred

Two plus years’ experience in the cash/treasury management area

Credit card processing/reconciliation experience preferred

Blackline experience a plus
