Overview:
Provides administrative support to the Financial Advisors to achieve sales and service goals, and builds and sustains strong relationships with individual clients, businesses, and branch staff to ensure overall team success. Process projects as assigned.
Compensation:
Minimum $21.54
Maximum $30.77
Applicant with desired mix of knowledge, skills and abilites to perform the role could anticipate $23.08 -$24.62
Responsibilities:
Monitor communications with Investment vendor to provide relevant updates to CFO, ensuring we remain compliant with their program and keep current on any requirements they may have for the Credit Union.
Serves as the central contact for procedural and operational issues, communicating these issues through appropriate channels and supporting the overall efforts of the broker-dealer and the financial institution. Answer phones and greet members. Make meeting and seminar arrangements. Manage statements and confirmations. Manage and track referral calls. Maintain forms, brochures and prospectuses. Prepare and distribute reports. Work directly with clients on administrative customer service issues and appointment scheduling.
Promote internal campaigns and newsletters with operations management and staff. Act as liaison between the Financial Advisors, CFO and marketing team to ensure targeted communications with members support the department goals. Assists with keeping material up to date relevant and compliant. Identify and supply leads to Financial Advisors and Marketing Department. Maintain all appropriate licenses and continuing education requirements.

Experience:

Two years’ experience in a member / customer service capacity in a credit union, bank or brokerage firm, preferred.
Training:

Two years of vocational or college level education in business administration, finance or related field preferred.
