Responsibilities:
- Clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area
- Assist with food preparation and food service as needed
- Follow proper sanitation and safety procedures
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow
- Support other areas of the kitchen, such as bussing tables or restocking supplies
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a culinary or food service environment is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
