Minimum Education: High School graduate or equivalent is required

Minimum Experience: One year of office/reception experience required, preferably in health care

Must have prior computer experience

Must have customer service experience

Must have good listening, verbal and written communication skills

Must have ability to work independently, prioritize, and make decisions

Must have good telephone skills
-
Must have good people skills
-
Must have ability to multi-task

Experience managing numerous responsibilities preferred

Must be able to sit and type at a computer a minimum of four hours a day

Must be able to get up, walk, bend, and move around campus with ease
