Ambulatory Care Registered Nurse
Pay rate: $48/hour + $1,162 Weekly Stipends
Shift: Day/Night/8-10-12 hours shift
Contract Length: 6 months; with option to extend
Place of performance: IHS facility in Red Mesa, AZ

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient assessments, health goals, and evidence-based practices.
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing wound care, managing IV therapy, and conducting other nursing procedures as needed.
- Work closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, care plans, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic medical record system.
Requirements:
- Current unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
- 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum of 2 year of experience in Ambulatory Care Unit
- BLS, ACLS & PALS certification
- NLS, ATCN or TNCC certification Preferred
- Driver's License
