The Field Marketing Representative is a full-time position at Naturae reporting to the Director of Marketing and working closely with the marketing and sales teams. The Field Marketing Representative will support tasks as delegated by the Marketing Director with support and guidance from the Sales Department in a fast-paced environment with the opportunity to make valuable contributions. Salary is commensurate with experience and includes benefits.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Holds a comprehensive understanding of the Naturae’s product lines and is able to effectively educate customers/consumers on each product
- Support brand awareness and engagement to build and drive B2B and B2C growth
- Manages all visual merchandising and product placement within all assigned dispensary accounts
- Drive education and brand awareness through budtender training sessions
- Gauges store traffic and collect feedback and market intelligence
- Executes all marketing requests from management
- Obtain video and photo content of in-store events to post on social media
- Activation of in-house brands
- Represent our brands at other customer-facing events (trade shows, expos, etc.)
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion regarding company matters
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
- Work in collaboration with marketing and sales team to support on-the-ground campaigns to educate, drive traffic and sales, consumer awareness and market share growth
ADMINISTRATIVE WORK
- Ongoing research of NYS cannabis events
- Responsible for report/recap of all training sessions and events including feedback and surveys
- Maintain a Field Marketing Associate toolkit/road kit and educational materials
- Coordination of wholesale buyer in-store displays, marketing materials and merch giveaways
- Support Sales Executives with data entry

Essential Work Experience and Qualifications:
- Candidate must be at least 21 years of age
- 2+ years of experience in a marketing, sales, and/or promotional modeling & events role
- 1+ years in in the legal cannabis industry preferred
- 1+ years experience working in public-facing events, customer service, or a customer facing role
- Effective at time management, detail oriented, highly organized and motivated by accomplishment
- Self-starter with an ability to work quickly and accurately, with flexibility
- Knowledge or willingness to learn state-specific cannabis laws and regulatory compliance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
- A consideration for aesthetics, styling and presentation
Compensation:
- $60,000 to $75,000 depending on experience.
