```Duties```
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and gathering spices
- Assist in meal preparation according to recipes and portion sizes
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and organized kitchen
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food production
- Assist with menu planning and contribute ideas for new dishes or improvements to existing recipes
- Maintain inventory of food supplies and notify the chef or manager when items need to be restocked
- Adhere to dietary restrictions and special requests from customers or patients, if applicable
```Experience```
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or food preparation setting is preferred
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and familiarity with kitchen equipment
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
