Seattle-based women's luxury clothing company is seeking a dynamic person to assist in the customer support and daily operations of its webstore and soft goods fulfillment and distribution operations. Applicants must be extremely detail-oriented, highly organized, and computer proficient.
Responsibilities include:
- Customer service
- Processing returns and exchanges
- Packing and shipping orders
- Processing orders, returns, and exchanges
- Shipping, receiving, and distributing product
- Maintaining overall warehouse planning & organization
Tech savvy and the ability to work in a demanding fast-paced environment are critical. Must be knowledgeable of basic retail operations, store inventory allocations, and pick-ticket management. Applicant must also be proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook. The ability to multi-task, prioritize, and institute and maintain organization is essential!
