Duties:
- Receive and unload merchandise from delivery trucks
- Organize and restock merchandise on store shelves
- Ensure accurate pricing and labeling of products
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management regarding stock needs
- Assist customers with locating products and answering product-related questions
- Operate cash register and handle customer transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Basic understanding of retail math for pricing and inventory management
- Proficiency in operating a cash register and handling cash transactions
- Strong organizational skills to ensure efficient stocking and restocking processes
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate pricing and labeling of products
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a clean and orderly work area
This position requires availability for flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Note: Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $11.10 - $17.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
