Experienced Medical Receptionist needed to fill a Full-Time position for a busy Nephrology practice. Practice Manager, ChartMaker Clinical Software or other EMR knowledge is helpful, but not required. Duties include, but are not limited to, coordinating patients in the check-in and check-out process, updating patient demographic and insurance information, collecting co-payments, scanning and electronically filing documents, electronic faxing, scheduling appointments, answering phones, coordinating appointments and scheduling necessary lab and diagnostic tests for return patients and potential kidney transplant recipients. Must have at least 1 year of Medical Reception experience. Must be able to work well as a team. Communication, documentation and attention to detail are important. Serious inquiries only.
