JOB DESCRIPTION
The Chief Technologist supervises and manages activities and training of Cardiovascular technologists with responsibility for all technical work and performance as related to clinical, educational, and research activities within the Electrophysiology Department. Provides leadership in the performance of diagnostic testing and interventions in Electrophysiology and is proficient in the techniques and range of equipment used in current medical practice for the diagnosis, treatment, and care of Arrhythmia service patients.
REQUIREMENTS

Associate degree required; Bachelor’s preferred

Five years of experience

BLS and ACLS required

Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES) or Registered Cardiac Invasive Specialist (RCIS)
