The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

Processing returns and preparing credits: accurately typing data into databases and spreadsheets

Managing/generating daily warehouse statements (inventory, credits, returns, etc.)

Uploading/downloading/emailing documents
-
Backing up data, eliminating duplicated data, archiving files
-
Performing duties/tasks and preparing reports in order to maintain a high level of communication with peers & management

Processing orders: prepare and sorting data, shipment tracking, resubmissions, combining invoices, inputting Refusals

Perform other work duties as assigned/required: including Managing Retailers’ Vendor Portals – inputting and updating information

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)

Associate degree, well-versed in English (written and spoken)

Exceptional organization and time management skills

Work independently and with a sense of urgency

Multitask efficiently

High attention to details, ability to take directions, self-check and follow up on work

Data base experience

Able to enter accurate financial /numerical data

Analytical and critical problem-solving skills

Knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel, QuickBooks (Calendar, Google Drive, Shared Docs)

Excellent computer and fast-typing skills

Ability to apply discretion, trust with confidential company information
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
The employee must be able to lift, move and organize boxes on wooden pallets (able to use pallet jack/stacker). The noise level in the WAREHOUSE work environment is usually moderate (seldom high). The Warehouse has NO air conditioning – cooling fans are available. This is not a home-office type of job, it is on-site.
