Job Summary:
Join our team as a Receptionist and play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with exceptional organizational skills to manage front desk activities and provide excellent customer support.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls efficiently
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
-Assist with vinyl cutting, weeding, masking and installation.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in a receptionist or customer service role is advantageous
- Proficiency in using phone systems and office equipment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with proofreading documents is a plus
- Knowledge of real estate administrative tasks is beneficial
