JOB OVERVIEW

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Manage client expectations, programming meetings, sketch design concepts, etc.
- Lead team members on a variety of tasks and support design training as required
- Estimate project staffing needs weekly
- Provide architectural services for commercial projects nationally in new construction and renovation
- Manage client expectations, team communication and consultant coordination
- Develop the project program and initial design concept; coordinate with other team members to further develop design concepts through the Schematic Design and Design Development project phases
- Assist with and/or develop project goals and plan layout; prepare information regarding design, structure specifications, materials, color, equipment within a managed budget and schedule.
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Professional Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
- Licensure preferred
- Proficient Project Management skills

- Exceptional team player, exemplifies a work style that is flexible, respectful, collaborative, & hard working in a fast-paced work environment
- Good communication skills required (both oral and written)
- Revit proficiency is required. Please do not apply without substantiated Revit experience.
- Structured, disciplined, and skillful work
- Conspicuous understanding and application of ICC codes, local ordinances, and zoning.
- Technical understanding of construction practices to guide design decisions
Experience:
- Experience in K-12, Higher Ed, and Commercial market sectors is preferred
- Proficiency with Revit preferred
- Relevant experience with architectural modeling and graphic software, including but not limited to Enscape, 3DS Max, AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop & InDesign, Bluebeam, and MS Office
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
