Duties include:
- Welcoming patients in a warm, friendly manner, accompanying them to and from treatment rooms, and thanking them sincerely on departure.
- Creating a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for all our patients.
- Function as a skincare specialist by examining patient’s skin to evaluate suitability of treatments and provide solutions to patients trying to improve the appearance of their skin.
- Interviewing patients to obtain information about their goals of treatments and contraindications.
- Providing facials, chemical peels, HydraFacial’s, pore extractions.
- Providing dermaplaning and diamond tip microdermabrasion.
- Providing Morpheus8 radiofrequency microneedling, SkinPen microneedling and platelet rich plasma (PRP) treatments of the face and body.
- Providing laser treatments (Triton laser hair removal, HALO, Profractional, diVa laser vaginal therapy, Broad Band Light HERO).
- Providing PlasmaIQ (fibroblast therapy) treatments.
- Providing lymphatic massage and waxing services.
- Informing patients about Latisse and Upneeq.
- Adhering to appointments in a timely manner by monitoring time schedules.
- Advising patients on skin care and recommending suitable treatments and home skin care regimens.
- Engaging and conversing with patients during sessions on topics relating to their interests.
- Maintaining product knowledge to promote and sell spa services and retail products.
- Adhering to esthetics policies pertaining to chemical usage & cleaning, sanitizing and maintenance of equipment.
- Caring for linens and replacing them between sessions.
- Maintains patient records by obtaining patient treatment information and documenting treatment notes in a timely manner.
- Protects patients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information.
- Have full working knowledge of procedures, injectable products, spa services and current promotions to offer them to our patients.
- Maintains spa product inventory and equipment by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
- Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly workstation that is properly stocked with promotional materials at all times.

- Demonstrates thorough knowledge of and abides by the HIPPA Compliance and Eterna Cosmetic Surgery, PA policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of and compliance with all Eterna Cosmetic Surgery, PA policies including Attendance, Dress Code, etc.
Education/Experience:
- Texas (TDLR) Licensed Esthetician
- Texas (TDLR) Licensed Laser Technician
- Minimum 2 years industry experience
- Proficient in performing all applicable treatments
- BLS/CPR (AHA approved) certification
- Experience with automated databases, electronic medical records and standard PC Software applications preferred; experience with NexTech a plus
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- High School Diploma or GED required
