Trattoria Romana, a fine-dining, high volume Italian restaurant, is searching for an energetic, hard-working, dynamic individual with a winning attitude.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinate daily FOH restaurant operations.
- Train, develop and supervise our team to deliver exceptional service while maximizing customer satisfaction.
- Create timely schedules for FOH, ensuring appropriate staffing for expected volume.
- Model and demonstrate standards and expected behaviors in compliance with our Culture and Values.
- Assist the General Manager through establishing plans, communicating strategies and measuring specific financial goals (Labor, Food Costs, Supplies) to achieve sustained increases in restaurant sales and profitability.
Candidates must have:
- Minimum 2+ years experience.
- A genuine commitment to exemplifying outstanding guest service to both internal (employees) and external guests (customers).
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with guests, staff and other members of management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
