Our Internet Sales leader will spend a large part of the workday on the telephone and computer. The ideal candidate will be a people-person, energetic, and professional. Our ideal candidate will:

Record all customers leads notations

Required to manage and Champion the Website to drive increase lead conversions

Be fully knowledgeable of vehicle inventories, pricing, incentive programs and financing options

Understand local competitors; be prepared to compete with them. Be punctual for all work schedules and meetings

Bilingual is a Plus!

Deliver exceptional customer service

Demonstrate exceptional knowledge of all products

Manage a high volume of customer inquiries by phone, email, text, and chat

Must be comfortable with computers programs and smart devices

Maintain internet business processes
Responsibilities include overseeing lead management for the dealership, driving appointments to the showroom, responding directly to customer requests, goal is 12% minimum closing ratio.
Qualifications include:

At least 2 years of Automotive Internet Sales and BDC Management

Strong computer skills

Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written
